Cristen is AMAZING. From the initial visit, I could tell she was going above and beyond. She had requested photos of my place so she could bring out samples that would match my existing decor. I loved the options she provided, and she helped me find the best quality and the best price. Throughout the whole renovation, even areas that weren’t technically in her field, like what color to repaint the walls, she was a huge help. Now that all of the work is done, I’m just in love with my new place! What started as a stressful repair due to water damage has resulted in me loving my home so much more! Thanks Cristen and crew!

My contractor told me to call Cristen because he had other customers rave about her expertise and bedside manner. I was replacing all flooring in my 1970’s home. Cristen looked at my countertop selection and ask a series of questions to guide me through deciding on my cabinet color, hard surface flooring, shower tile, and fireplace tile.
Cristen brought the samples out when she measured and we decided what we liked and what we didn’t like. It turned out perfect! Cristen designed the tile layout in both bathrooms and she also recommended tile shelves. I really appreciated Cristen’s suggestions that ended up making what could have been “Plain Jane” bathrooms into understated elegance.
Later, Cristen help me select tile for my fireplace hearth and the area under my bar. Again, she spent numerous hours picking out samples which she brought by the house before I made my selection. I am very happy with my “new” house and give a lot of credit to Cristen for making it as stress free as possible.

My husband and I purchased a home that had not been updated since it was built in 1998. I could see the potential to making it a great home, but needed help making it happen. We needed flooring, countertops, backsplash, shutters, reconfiguring some walls, electrical changes, etc. Being new to Georgetown, we were struggling to find all the various contractors needed for the job. We met Cristen Finnel while shopping for wood flooring and discovered she could help with the entire project. Cristen met with us at our home and provided many design suggestions, not just to sell us wood flooring. She also referred us to another contractor, Matt Rexing with Full Circuit Services, who did a great job with the electrical and all the other “handy man” jobs. With the team of Cristen Finnel and Matt Rexing, we completed the entire project with just 2 very capable contractors.
Very early on, I felt I could trust Cristen with every aspect of my project. Cristen was very hands on and answered all my phone calls. She took me to the various granite and tile suppliers to personally select the materials. Cristen is very knowledgeable of all the details that needed to be considered to do things correctly to ensure the best end result. She pointed out the need for an oversized granite slab due to the length of one area of countertop. When the granite supplier “accidently” released the granite slabs she had on hold for me, went out of her way to search other suppliers to find another oversized granite slab. Even with this hurdle, there was no delay in our project.
Cristen and Matt communicated to get all the work scheduled in the correct order. Cristen stayed on top of the scheduling and made sure the various contractors arrived as planned and communicated with me throughout the project. I can highly recommend Cristen Finnel for any remodeling project you may be considering. She knows this business well. Cristen is very personable and great to work with. Thank you Cristen!!
