Cristen with Austin Floors Direct was amazing to work with. She made every step of the process simple. She was the only one out of the 4 other quotes we got that did not try and talk us out of tile. It was refreshing to have someone that actually listened and helped us find a color that worked in our home. She was able to get us an itemized quote quickly and worked us into the schedule the second we decided to go with Austin Floors Direct. Unlike some other contractors I have worked with in the past, Austin Floors Direct showed up when they said they would, got the work done within the time quoted, and did it correctly the first time! I wish all projects would go this smoothly.
Cristen and her crew provided excellent service and product. Cristen offered a great variety of products and recommendations for us to pick the right type of floors for our house. She communicated via email and text which was very convenient for us. Her crew showed up on time and were very professional. They explained clearly the process and time that it was gonna take. Expectations were always clear.
I can’t say enough great things about Cristen and Austin Floors Direct. My husband and I were in need of tile installation and we needed it done quick (in under a week). While we initially were looking at using Lowes for this, we were recommended to Cristen by a friend of ours and are so glad we went with Austin Floors Direct instead. Cristen was very responsive, easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. We got our floors measured the next day and had an appointment to get the tile installed just a few days later! The pricing was extremely fair — especially for the super quick turnaround — and we were extremely pleased with the turnout. She also made sure to check-in with us to keep us updated on the process and to see if we were happy with the results. Highly recommend using Austin Floors Direct and working with Cristen if you’re in need of new floors! We are grateful for her help and very pleased with our tile.
I met Cristen at a charity golf event and told her about my floors and a couple things I wanted to fix. She was very confident and said no problem. Her crew came out today and I was very impressed. She delivered. We had separate wood floor installs from when we bought our house in 2015 and then added floors to our master. I wanted it to look seamless and eliminate the wood coping that blended them. Also, I had some boards that were damaged from a couch that I wanted fixed. All was taken care of. 100% impressed and would easily recommend them.
It just happened to be that I had two master bathroom remodels we were working on that I Had no Shower glass Company selected. In fact, that was the one trade that I had no clue where to begin so I was about to go to AV. I feel blessed that Austin Shower glass crossed my path. Both jobs are incredible and the customers are extremely happy. The whole experience was great from the initial contact with them. As a woman own business let alone contractor,…. It’s important to say, I enjoyed the whole experience. The communication was on point, he did what he said, and he said what he did. They made it easy. I didn’t have to worry about him.
